I want to give a HUGE shout out to Save Energy for their incredible customer service and ultra high standards for integrity. One side of my building gets battered by the storms and causes everything to expand and contract. That sometimes jams the lock on my sliding glass patio door. I bought my windows/doors in 2017, and Save Energy really means it when they say "lifetime warranty". They've come out twice to make adjustments and ensure the door keeps working smoothly. Not only do I get a next day service call, Antonio is the picture of professionalism - fast, helpful, gets the job done right, brings spare parts in case he needs them, explains everything in a courteous and straight forward way (never talks down to the customer), and even refused a cash tip (talk about integrity!!). I couldn't be happier with Save Energy and they've done an amazing job through the pandemic which caused so many small businesses to fold. So happy I used this company and highly recommend to others.

It was not an easy job but, Save Energy came ready to go right on the time and on the date promised. They brought enough man power to handle the installation of a large dbl French door and an additional 45" window. Additional Framing was required and stucco removal. Save Energy is a local, family owned company that does excellent quality window replacements for historic homes. We have a historic home, and we purchased wood clad replacement windows through Save Energy. They are very familiar with the needs of a historic home and were able to point us toward the right product. They communicated well and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. Their installation team did incredibly fast and skillful work replacing our windows and saving our historic window trim in the process. We were extremely pleased with their services and we are in love with our new windows!

All the employees provided exceptional communication, were all very professional, cleaned up as they worked, very efficient, engaging and personal, even during this Pandemic in October of 2020. We had old drafty single pane Aluminium windows.After having really bad and frustrating experience with some big Brands, I decided to go for local company. Save Energey came showed mostly five star reviews online.The entire process from the Appointment to installation went very smoothly. John, Tina, Jeff, Ahoa, every personnel gave amazing customer service and professional. Tina and John came completely prepared with COVID19 safety in mind. They took every little detail and need into consideration. Great work ethics and professionalism. Jeff and Ahoa did an excellent job with Installation. Save Energy has proven to be reliable, punctual, responsive! We are extremely pleased! Highly Recommend them.Here are some tips I wish I had known before:1) All windows are custom made to fit specific needs so make sure you let John know all the changes when he comes for final measurements.2) Discuss your needs in detail: Which way you want to window to open, tint/insulation, Standard window screen vs something else.

I had two front doors taken down to one large door with two side panels and it is BEAUTIFUL! We were doing remodel work when the SIP and Covid 19 all came in to play so these guys had to put off the work for a bit but as soon as they were able to go back to work they installed right away and it looks gorgeous. A pleasure to do business with.

10 years ago Save Energy came out and replaced all of the old aluminum windows in our fixer upper. This included a beautiful new construction 10x8 picture window which gets compliments every time someone new comes to our house. 10 years later and we finally got around to replacing the broken back door and sticky front door with beautiful new mid-century inspired doors. They look great. Save Energy will always stand behind their work, so if something isn't quite right (and let's face it when is a construction project without one hiccup) they will answer your calls and come and fix it. They are pleasant to be around, dedicated and do a great job. Oh and their prices are really great. The only thing I think they could improve is the sales/design process as you end up with a bunch of pdfs via email and no streamlined way to order, it's confusing and results in time wasted, but that's my only complaint really, I think they're fab and i'm very picky Lol.

The windows in my condo were original to the 1974 construction and very drafty and noisy. I was nervous to replace and asked my neighbors for recommendation, Save Energy came very highly recommended, not only for quality of work, but also for affordability. Jim came out and did a consultation. He answered all of my questions and returned a competitive bid in a timely manor for 13 windows I explained we had a time crunch for moving into our house and they really went out of their way to get us on the schedule ASAP. I think we kinda made it hard on them. Jim did the bid on an empty house and we had moved furniture in by the time they arrived, ahead of schedule. The crew put plastic over everything and did a great job cleaning up. I couldn’t be happier, my wife and I are happy to recommend Save Energy Company.

From start to finish, A #1 positive experience! Office staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The gentlemen that came to install the window were fabulous; on time, very capable, and paid the greatest attention to making sure our home didn't look like a war zone by covering all areas with tarp to protect floors and surfaces.Something else worth noting; rain was expected on the day that they were scheduled, and they still came! Thank goodness the weather gods smiled favorable on us, and held off until they were finished... Thumbs up for the good work, and dedication :)Thank You...!
